A: Waiter! I’d like the menu, please.
W: Here you are, sir.
W: Are you ready to order?
A: Yes, I am. Can I start with tomato soup? Then the salmon and steak, please.
W: What steak would you like: rare, medium or well — done?
A: Medium, please.
W: And would you like vegetables or salad?
A: Vegetables, please.
W: Would you like any wine?
A: Yes, white, please.
A: Waiter! Can I have the bill, please?
W: Here you are.
A: Is service included?
W: Yes, it is.
A: Can I pay by credit card?
W: Yes, of course.

The state system of Great Britain - Государственный устрой Великобритании    Great Britain is a parliamentary  monarchy (1) . The power of the Queen is limited by the Parliament. It means that the  sovereign reigns (2)  but does not rule. Britain does not have a written constitution, but a set  of laws (3) . Parliament is the most important authority in. Britain. It  comprises (4)  the House of Commons, the House of Lords and the Monarch in her constitutional role. In reality the House of Commons is the only one of the three, which has true power.    The Monarch  serves formally (5)  as head of state. But the Monarch is expected to be politically  neutral (6)  and should not make political decisions. The present sovereign of Great Britain is Queen Elizabeth II (the second). The System of Education in Russia  - Система образования в России      The System of Education in Russia        The system of education in Russia is very much the same as in other highly developed countries. It is based on the Soviet education, but it has been gradually changing since the creation of the new Russian state. There are nurseries and kindergartens for little children aged from 2 to 6. The level of kindergartens has become considerably higher in recent years. Children play games, go for walks, have regular meals there. But the lessons of reading, arithmetic, drawing and other subjects have become more complicated than they were in the kindergartens ten years ago. There are the kindergartens where children learn foreign languages. At the age of 6 or 7 Russian children go to secondary schools.
